RETURNS

Our return policy lasts 21 days from the date of purchase. If 21 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and unworn
• Be in the same condition that you received it
• Be returned in the original packaging where possible

Certain items cannot be returned, including gift cards.

If an item was purchased using a gift card, any approved refund will be issued in the form of a gift card. Cash refunds cannot be issued for purchases made using gift cards.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item.

We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not yet received your refund within 10 working days:

2. Contact your credit card provider, as refunds can take time to appear

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
